About Us
Welcome to Big Mike's, We are a Christian family owned and operated food trailer. My wife and kids are my biggest supporters! Owning a food truck has been a dream of mine since I was in school. I grew up cooking and loved it. From watching my grandma (MAMA) cooking, and then also learning from my Aunt Carolyn how to cook Puerto Rican food, cooking has been a passion of mine for years. I know both of them are looking down from heaven with big smiles on their faces. They would have loved to be in the truck with me. When people say they are cooking with love, it's true. I truly cook with love and put all of myself in every dish. I love to feed people and I am the happiest when people are gathered around, enjoying a meal that I have prepared. Once you try our food and leave happy, you will become family for life.
